Levi Ethan Cecil from Portland, OR started performing as Gainsayer in 2019 and has released three EPs since that time. Vocalist Anna Hoone joined Cecil in crafting the debut album "Plastic Dreams And Old Ideas" which will be released on 5/3/2024.
